To All (NYS
Winter & Summer Run Series) Volunteers
With
the end of summer in sight, at least from a volunteer
stand point, I want to personally thank all those who
made my job easier by extending themselves over the past
8 months. I would also like to congratulate the trip
winners and provide them some information. Once I give
the state with your information, they will send you a
package about the trip. Please fill it out and return
immediately. If for any reason you are unable to
go, please notify me ASAP. Keep in mind the club's
policy that if you cannot make the trip, your prize must
be given back to the club. It will then be given to one
of the alternates picked at the meeting. No one may give
a trip to another club member; it must go to one
of the alternates.
